Mega Bangna hosts MEGA PET DAY 2025, turning footsteps into over 2,000 doses of rabies vaccine

Mega Bangna shopping center held "MEGA PET DAY 2025: PAWSOME GREEN HERO" at Mega Park, together with Perfect Companion Group, distributor of SMARTHEART, creating activities for pet lovers built around an eco-friendly lifestyle and reinforcing the growing pet-lover community the event has built over the years.

Walking steps into vaccines

The key highlight was the PAWSOME GREEN RUNNING HERO activity, where Mega Bangna partnered with RABIES CLUB VET KU, the Kasetsart University rabies control and prevention club, inviting owners and their dogs to walk and accumulate steps that converted into rabies vaccines. The event collected over 2,000 vaccine doses, delivered to underserved dogs in the Ban Nang Fah community in Saraburi province, as well as dogs around Mega Bangna itself.

Activities and education

The event featured dog demonstrations from professional trainers sharing breed-appropriate training knowledge, a relaxed mini-concert, and pet-care knowledge sharing from veterinary experts, including the well-known wildlife veterinarian Dr. Wee Taweesak Anansiriwattana and Dr. Neng Sarun Naraprasertkul.

The event also featured a GREEN MARKETPLACE zone with eco-friendly products and pet tech gear, and Mega Smile Rewards members received special perks for souvenirs and activity participation.

Mega Bangna said the event drew a strong turnout from pet lovers and will continue offering activities for every family member throughout the year under the concept "YOUR EVERYDAY MEETING PLACE."
