Tomorrowland Thailand reveals its first food lineup — Baan Tepa and Gaggan Anand — special restaurant tickets go on sale Oct 15

Papillon by Baan Tepa at 3,800 baht and B-EAT with Gaggan Anand at 2,900 baht per person, alongside several more Thai chefs and butterfly waffles, ahead of the festival Dec 11-13 in Pattaya

Tomorrowland Thailand officially announced its first lineup of chefs and restaurants on October 8, 2026, ahead of the actual festival running December 11–13, 2026, at Wisdom Valley, Pattaya, with Thai cuisine as a key selling point alongside Belgian sweets and street food.

Two exclusive dining rooms

Two restaurants require advance booking. Papillon Restaurant by Baan Tepa, led by Chef Tam Chudaree Debhakam, sits lakeside with limited seating, priced at 3,800 baht per person, including a welcome drink and a full course meal: a starter, first course, second course, a choice of meat, fish, or vegetarian main course, and dessert.

The other is B-EAT with Gaggan Anand, led by Chef Gaggan Anand, priced at 2,900 baht per person, including a 4-dish tasting course, 1 shooter, and 2 craft cocktails.

Dining tickets for both restaurants go on sale October 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM Thai time, exclusively through Tomorrowland's official online channels.

Other participating restaurants

Restaurants and chefs serving at booths throughout the festival without requiring advance booking include Chef Pam Pichaya Soontornyanakij (Khao Sarn Sek, Smoke), Chef Woo Sittikorn Jantapa (Akkee), Chef Ton Thitid Tassanakajohn (Rueduu), Sraboa by Num Weerawat, James Teeradon Supapunpinyo (Talay Jai), Nara Thai Cuisine, and Blue Elephant Bangkok.

On the drinks side, Fabear Suchada Sopajaree of Lost in Thaislation turns Thai flavors into cocktails, while the Belgian side features a butterfly-shaped Tomorrowland Waffle by Michelin-starred pastry chef Roger Van Damme, Belgian-style fries, and Thai-Asian street food such as burgers, kebabs, and hot dogs, with vegetarian and plant-based options available.

Media preview event

Earlier, a media preview event was held at the Belgian Consulate in Bangkok, which has gardens and a pool, as a small, invite-only event with no ticket sales, featuring a Tomorrowland Thailand x Amazing Thailand backdrop, a golden Tomorrowland logo sculpture by the pool, and performers dressed in the Consciencia theme posing for photos.

Food served included massaman-style braised beef over steamed rice, appetizers from Nara Thai Cuisine (shrimp on paper boats), Rueduu, and Blue Elephant (Thai-Belgian croquettes), and butterfly waffles from a poolside cart. The Oops Travel writer who attended said the appetizers were delicious and presented Thai flavors without diluting their Thai character.
