vivo V80 Lite now on sale in Thailand with the brand's largest-ever 10,000mAh battery, a Guinness World Record, starting at 13,999 baht

vivo, the leading global smartphone brand, launched the vivo V80 Lite, the newest addition to the V Series, featuring a BlueVolt battery with 10,000mAh capacity, the largest in vivo's history, which set a Guinness World Records title for battery endurance. It has now officially launched in Thailand, starting at just 13,999 baht.

On September 18, 2026, vivo held the vivo V80 Lite launch event in Bangkok under the concept "10,000mAh, Beyond Expectations Endurance," bringing in Joey Phuwasit as a vivo Friend.

Battery and durability

The heart of the vivo V80 Lite is its BlueVolt battery (vivo's new-generation battery technology focused on efficiency and long lifespan), with capacity reaching as high as 10,000mAh, the highest vivo has ever produced. It's designed to last up to 7 years, or about 1,400 charge cycles, while retaining no less than 80% of its original capacity. It includes a Battery Extender feature that stretches remaining power for emergency calls when the battery is nearly empty, and a Reverse Charging feature that turns the phone into a power bank for charging other devices via USB-C cable.

On durability, the vivo V80 Lite meets Military Grade drop-resistance standards and carries IP68 & IP69 water and dust resistance (IP68 covers water immersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes, while IP69 withstands high-pressure water jets).

Display and design

The vivo V80 Lite features a 1.5K-resolution OLED display at 120Hz refresh rate with up to 2,000 nits peak (HBM) brightness, for clear visibility even under direct sunlight. It comes in 3 premium-style colors: Emerald Green, Afterglow Pink, and Dawn Black.
