Acer PA100 portable SSD is just 9mm thin, up to 560 MB/s, with up to 2TB capacity

560 MB/s read, 430 MB/s write over USB 3.2 Gen 1, with built-in USB-C and USB-A cables, 3-year warranty
Acer launched the PA100 Portable SSD, a new external hard drive emphasizing speed and slimness for digital-age professionals. The device is just 9mm thick, with capacity up to 2TB.
It reaches read speeds of up to 560 MB/s and write speeds of 430 MB/s via a USB 3.2 Gen 1 connection, far faster than a typical spinning-disk hard drive, making file transfers, backups, and video editing work smoother. Power draw is under 3 watts while active and just 0.62 watts in standby mode.
It comes in 3 capacities — 500GB, 1TB, and 2TB — with a 2-in-1 cable supporting both USB-C and USB-A, plugging straight into PCs, tablets, and smartphones. The device is built for durability during travel, with a 3-year warranty, available via acerstorage.com.
