Shopee launches Instant Mart and Telepharmacy, delivering groceries and pharmacist consultations to your door within an hour

Shopee officially launched two on-demand services on September 7, 2026. Shopee Instant Mart is a supermarket ordering service available around the clock, guaranteeing delivery within 1 hour with free shipping and no minimum order. Shopee Telepharmacy connects users with licensed pharmacists via video call, phone, or chat, with no consultation fee and free medicine delivery; the Telepharmacy service received FDA approval as of June 19, 2026.

Initial coverage spans Bangkok, its surrounding provinces, and 6 major provinces — Chiang Mai, Chonburi, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Songkhla, and Phuket — in partnership with major retailers such as Big C, Lotus's, Tops, Maxvalu, and Villa Market, as well as pharmacy chains including Bangkok Drug Store, FASCINO, Drug One, LAB Pharmacy, P&F Smooth Life, and Tops Care. The company says this expansion reflects its O2O strategy and helps bring small retailers and independent pharmacies into the digital system.

Launch promotions include discounts of up to 50% on household goods, meat, and dairy products during daytime hours, a 40% discount code for new customers, and a 30-baht compensation coupon for delayed delivery.
