HONOR names Xiao Zhan global ambassador ahead of the Magic9 Series launch on Sept 28
The Magic9 series features a 200MP dual camera co-developed with ARRI, with Magic9, Magic9 Pro and Magic9 Pro Max models launching in China on September 28
HONOR has announced Chinese actor and singer Xiao Zhan as global ambassador for its flagship smartphones, ahead of the upcoming launch of the HONOR Magic9 Series. The campaign uses the tagline "A decade of wonder, leading into a new chapter about to begin," under the hashtag #HONORMagic9ProMax.
Xiao Zhan previously served as ambassador for the mid-range HONOR N series, making this move to global flagship ambassador a step up in his role with the brand.
HONOR has confirmed the Magic9 Series launches in China on September 28, with Magic9, Magic9 Pro and Magic9 Pro Max models. The main selling point is a camera system co-developed with ARRI, the renowned cinema camera maker — the Magic9 Pro Max features dual 200MP rear cameras on both the main and telephoto lenses, with a redesigned large square camera module housing three lens openings.
